The story

A hand reaching down (⺕) to grasp the heart (心): urgency gripping your chest. In Japan's rail system, 急行 (kyuukou, express train) skips smaller stations to rush you to your destination. 急ぐ (isogu, to hurry) captures the breathless pace of Tokyo's rush hour, where millions move with urgent precision.

Used in 急行 (kyuukou, express train), 救急車 (kyuukyuusha, ambulance), and 急ぐ (isogu, to hurry)
