The story

A heart (忄) set on what is true (真): every move weighed first. 慎重 is cautious, 慎む is to hold yourself back, and a joke that is 不謹慎, in poor taste, is the worst thing to post after a disaster.

Used in 慎重 (shinchou, careful/cautious), 慎む (tsutsushimu, to refrain/be careful), and 不謹慎 (fukinshin, in poor taste/indiscreet)
