The story

Water (氵) beside 必, must: fluid the body has to let out. 泌 is to secrete: 分泌 is secretion, of saliva, sweat or hormones, and the 泌尿器科 sign at a hospital marks the urology department.

Used in 分泌 (bunpitsu, also bunpi, secretion) and 泌尿器科 (hinyoukika, urology)
