The story

A cart (車) beside 侖, things set neatly in order: picture spokes around a wheel. 輪 is a ring or loop: 指輪 is a finger ring, 車輪 a wheel, and 五輪, five rings, is what Japanese headlines call the Olympics.

Used in 指輪 (yubiwa, finger ring), 車輪 (sharin, wheel), and 五輪 (gorin, the Olympics)
