The story

Force (力) brought against 亥, the boar of the zodiac: picture cornering a wild animal. 劾 lives in 弾劾, impeachment, and Japan's Diet runs a special court of its own, the 弾劾裁判所, that can remove a judge from the bench.

Used in 弾劾 (dangai, impeachment) and 弾劾裁判 (dangai saiban, impeachment trial)
