The story
A field sketched inside a border: the oldest maps were farm plans drawn in boxes. Today 図 lives in every 地図 you unfold and every 図書館 where knowledge is shelved.
Used in 地図 (chizu, map), 図書館 (toshokan, library), and 図表 (zuhyou, chart)
