The story

A jar (酉) beside 各, each: picture every jar in the dairy full of thickening milk. 酉 marks things brewed and fermented, and 酪 is dairy: 酪農 is dairy farming, the life of Hokkaido's green pastures, and a 酪農家 is a dairy farmer.

Used in 酪農 (rakunou, dairy farming) and 酪農家 (rakunouka, dairy farmer)
