The story

An announcement (告), then setting off (辶) to carry it out: plans spoken aloud and built for real. 造 is making on a large scale: 製造 is manufacturing, 木造 is built of wood, like most detached houses in Japan, and sake breweries often end their names in 酒造.

Used in 製造 (seizou, manufacturing), 構造 (kouzou, structure), and 木造 (mokuzou, wooden construction)
