The story

A hand (扌) beside 另, a mouth (口) over force (力): picture a hand clamped over a mouth as someone is dragged away. 拐 lives almost only in 誘拐, kidnapping, where 誘, to lure, comes first: lured, then taken.

Used in 誘拐 (yuukai, kidnapping) and 誘拐犯 (yuukaihan, kidnapper)
