The story

A roof (宀) over a stand stacked with offerings (且): everything set out as it should be. 宜 means fitting: 適宜, "as appropriate", fills manuals and instructions, 便宜 is a convenience or favor, and よろしく can be written 宜しく.

Used in 適宜 (tekigi, as appropriate), 便宜 (bengi, convenience/favor), and 宜しく (yoroshiku, please/regards, usually in kana)
