The story

A cliff (厂) bearing down on the earth (土): crushing weight. 圧力 is pressure, 血圧 the blood pressure checked at every Japanese health exam, and 圧倒 is to overwhelm, as in a 圧勝, a landslide win.

Used in 圧力 (atsuryoku, pressure), 血圧 (ketsuatsu, blood pressure), and 圧倒的 (attouteki, overwhelming)
